Along with a fully automated fundraising program, WishWell provides a fully automated Donor Marketing Program (DMP) that educates your donors about your new fundraising mechanism, so that they will start using it as soon as possible. The program includes emails directly to the donors that you imported into the system, as well as templated social media posts that you can edit as you like to help promote WishWell to your broader community. Donors that self-register after WishWell is enabled will get the same series of educational emails after registering as well. New donors take only 2 minutes to register their account with WishWell!
Along with the initial stream of emails, we'll send an email to all of your members/donors and you on a quarterly basis to let them know how much was donated last quarter (by them individually, and the entire community) and to encourage them to keep giving and to share WishWell with others in the community that haven't engaged with it yet.
You are more than welcome to promote WishWell above and beyond the what the DMP does, but it is not necessary to achieve an increase in your donations.
